Hey Reader!

It doesn't matter whether you are trying to lose weight, reduce inflammation or bulk up on a plant-based diet.

Three things are ALWAYS true:

  1. Fibre: Fibre is your friend, but you must always start small and gradually work your way up to higher intakes.
  2. Diversity: More plants, more nutrients, more antioxidants, more minerals, better gut bacterial health.
  3. Movement: Diet alone, like exercise alone, is never enough. Keep your body moving as often as possible.

Wherever you are on your journey - which may not be health-related at all - as long as you are sourcing your nutrition as often as possible from a broad range of whole, plant-based foods, you are doing a great thing for yourself.
